STEP 1: the underarm bar
Use the underarm bar in the shower every morning before deodorant application. To maximize the bacteria-eliminating power of the charcoal bar soap, lather the bar and then massage in the underarm area for 20 to 30 seconds on each side.
If you have underarm hair, massage for 30 seconds.
For best results, let the rich lather sit on the underarms for a while before rinsing off.
STEP 2: the charcoal deodorant
Apply a generous layer of the takesumi detox® charcoal deodorant to clean, dry skin. If you are switching from antiperspirant to natural deodorant, there will be a transition period (see The Stages of Detox).
STEP 3: the sweat powder
Apply a generous layer of the sweat powder over top of your deodorant for extra protection against excess perspiration.
Precautions: Discontinue use if irritation develops or persists. Do not use on broken skin. Do not use immediately after shaving. Avoid eye contact or inhalation of the sweat powder product.
HE STAGES OF DETOX
If you are switching from antiperspirant to natural deodorant, there will be a transition period.
Week 1: On the first week of the transition, everything seems normal
Week 2: Studies show when you stop using antiperspirant, your body will temporarily produce more odor-causing bacteria. Use the underarm bar to manage the additional odor.
Week 3: Moisture levels start to normalize but some odor may remain.
Week 4: Your body should begin to adjust to using natural deodorant. Continue to use the takesumi detox system.
